You don’t have to bend like a pretzel to practise yoga & meditation in Sri Lanka with us. We welcome all levels, and for the most part, there will be a range of experience levels. Many people are making their first moves or honing early skills during their stay...
…and if you are more experienced? Well, we create our classes to invite you to go deeper into your practice too. We offer variations, and always encourage you to practice what you need in the moment.
Yoga & Meditation in the South Sri Lankan Jungle
We offer daily classes, except for Wednesdays, plus private sessions which are perfect if you’re a total newbie and want to nail the basics, or more experienced and need a bit of extra help to master something specific.
Of course music is really important to us and so we make sure we bend and breathe whilst listening to some seriously good tunes – and all of this in the inspirational surroundings of rural south of Sri Lanka.

Immersive Yoga at our Hilltop Retreat
We run six yoga classes during your week-long stay at Tekanda Lodge, our gorgeous, all-inclusive retreat. The classes are a mixture of Vinyasa, Slow Flow & Yin, with Pranayama and Meditation weaved in - find out more about our yoga styles over on our main yoga page.
Each of our classes are open level, so no matter your experience, come along and feel free to do as much or as little as you like.
We also have a non-surfer option, where you’d skip the surf and opt for this instead. We can cater for a maximum of two non-surfers a week max so contact us for more details. This package includes:
- 6 x yoga classes (a mix of Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Pranayama, Meditation & Yin)
- Treatments bundle (2 x 75Mins)
- A one to one yoga session
- Daily transport to the beach if you’d like (morning and evening)
